For Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival, the occupancy rates for the Fichtenchalet are based on 2 persons, for the Latschenchalet and Zirbenchalet, it's for 4 persons each, and for the Tannenchalet and Lärchenchalet, it's for 6 persons each, per chalet, per day.

During the rest of the seasons, the occupancy rate is for 2 persons per chalet, per day.

Additional person rates, including breakfast, are €125.00.

Children (0 to 5 years) stay for free from the standard occupancy per chalet.

All prices are in Euro, inclusive of all taxes, excluding final cleaning, and excluding local tax of €3.50 per person per day (children up to 15 years are exempt from the local tax).

Prices are based on the basic occupancy per house for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay surcharge of up to 10% will be applied.
