You will find Christoph Simonich to be an enthusiastic discussion partner and a competent wine consultant. The qualified sommelier, who grew up in a wine region, has been passionate about wine for many years: He is always on the lookout for particular fine drops and loves to serve you some of his exquisite discoveries and give you well- grounded advice.
