Your Questions About Reservations & Your Stay
You can book your chalet directly through our website, by email, or by phone. If you’ve already received a personalized quote from us, you can complete your booking by clicking the “Book Now” button included in the quote.
To submit a personalized inquiry, we’ll need your full name and your desired travel dates. You can then provide all other required information directly during the booking process.
During certain times of the year, a minimum stay applies. The applicable length of stay will be specified at the time of booking or in your personalized offer.
A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. You will receive all further payment details and deadlines with your reservation confirmation.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and the type of stay booked. You can find the current policies in our booking information as well as in the documents related to your specific reservation.
The services included in the price depend on the package you have booked. In addition, the statutory local tax applies. All other services are listed in the offer or at the time of booking.
Our spacious chalets are perfect for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. The generous amount of space provides plenty of room for parents and children alike. At the same time, you’ll enjoy the privacy and flexibility of your own chalet.
We’ve also thought of our youngest guests: We’ll provide baby equipment, such as a high chair, free of charge upon request. It’s best to let us know before your arrival what you’ll need for your baby or children. We’ll prepare everything for you whenever possible.
Our chalets are ideal for larger families and groups traveling together. Depending on the size of your group and availability, you can book two adjacent chalets. This way, you can spend your vacation together while still enjoying plenty of space and the privacy of your own chalet.
If you’re planning a special occasion or celebration at the Chalet Resort, please contact us directly. Since every event has different requirements, we’ll work with you to determine the best options for your group and your event.

We can host events for up to 30 people. Thanks to our intimate setting, we can tailor our services to your specific needs and work with you to plan and organize every detail of your event.
Pets are not allowed in our chalets. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions. It is important to us to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
All chalets are wheelchair accessible. Two chalets also feature amenities specifically tailored to guests with limited mobility.
Since individual needs vary greatly, we recommend that you contact us personally before booking. We’d be happy to discuss with you which chalet best suits your needs and what additional arrangements we can make to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Whenever possible, we’ll tailor check-in and check-out times to your travel plans and personal needs. Please let us know well in advance when you’d like to arrive or depart—we’ll do our best to arrange the times to suit you.
