The ‘Ad Vinum’ restaurant is our new culinary highlight in the Chalet Resort Sölden. Small, but all the more beautiful, we can introduce you to our new restaurant with 26 seats. Authentic regional cuisine is celebrated here and, true to our motto ‘Regionality - Seasonality – Quality’, we serve genuine culinary delights from our region.
Gourmet Cuisine from the Mountains
We made a conscious decision to only cook with what the region has to offer. Reduced, adapted to the season. We therefore only use fine products that come from regional producers and farmers. Of top-quality only.
Ad Vinum ...
... means something like "to the wine". For us, ‘Ad Vinum’ means much more: enjoyment, passion and home. Of course, we would be happy to recommend and serve you the right wines from our vinotheque - fine-tuned to the respective dishes.

Our dishes naturally change with the season. They adapt to what nature and our producers, hunters and farmers can deliver, not the other way around.

More and more people want to know where their food comes from. In order to support this trend in a sustainable way, the initiative “Das isst Österreich” (meaning: ‚That’s what Austria eats‘) was launched. We are committed to regional products in our Chalet Sölden and in our Ad Vinum restaurant. We are proud of the diversity of our homeland and would like our guests to get to know it. That is why our culinary offerings reflect our homeland - with exclusively regional products.
