Booking Details

Prices

Prices are listed in Euro for the minimum occupancy defined, including the Ötztal Premium Card in summer. Not included in the prices listed are: Visitor's tax, end-of-stay cleaning fee and deposit fee. Child discounts on request.

Visitor's Tax

The visitor's tax will be charged separately. The tax amounts: € 3.50 per person and day (all year round). Children and young adults up to 15 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.

End-of-stay Cleaning

The end-of-stay cleaning fee has to be paid once per Chalet:

Fichtenchalet € 160,00

Latschenchalet € 200,00

Zirbenchalet € 200,00

Lärchenchalet € 240,00

Tannenchalet €240,00

Deposit

A deposit of € 300.00 is required on arrival. It will be refunded when you check-out if the Chalet is undamaged and in a proper state of cleanliness according to our house rules.

Barbecue Rental

During the summer months you can rent a top quality barbecue gas grill for the entire duration of your stay. The barbecue rental is free of charge.
On request we order meat specialties from the local butcher's or a barbecue package. A price list for meat products is available at the reception or in your Chalet.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 3.00 pm, check-out until 10.00 am.

Advance Payment

If you want to reserve a Chalet we charge a 40% advance payment. The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival.

We accept cash, EC cards, credit cards (Master Card, Visa, ...)

Cancellation terms

Something unexpected can always happen. This is why we advise our guests to take out travel insurance. Thus, in the event, you are protected from any costs.

Cancellation terms for summer season:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival - Refund of the deposit or free rebooking.
In case of cancellation 6 days prior to arrival, we will charge 100% of the total stay.

Cancellation terms for winter season:

For cancellations 6 days before arrival, we charge 100 % of your total stay.
If you cancel between 29 days and 7 days before arrival, we charge 90 % of the total stay.
If you cancel between 89 days and 30 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the total stay.

In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a voucher for the prepayment amount and have the option to rebook free of charge.
